Job Description

Role Overview: As a Supplier Support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing E-Auctions, creating and analyzing contracts, maintaining purchase orders, and overseeing the buying desk. You will be expected to maintain accurate procurement records, ensure compliance with policies, utilize procurement software for efficient processes, and provide guidance to colleagues. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Supplier Support, E-Auctions, Contract Creation & Analytics, and PO creation & maintenance - Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices - Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures - Utilize procurement software to streamline processes, track orders, and generate reports - Provide guidance and support to colleagues involved in procurement activities - Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational initiatives - Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices in procurement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 3 to 5 years of work experience in procurement - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Excel - Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English - Experience working with global stakeholders, suppliers, and clients outside India - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication, ownership, and decision-making abilities (Note: Location(s) mentioned - Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC) Role Overview: As a Supplier Support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing E-Auctions, creating and analyzing contracts, maintaining purchase orders, and overseeing the buying desk.
