Job Description

As an HR Analytics Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for turning workforce data into valuable insights that drive strategic talent decisions and enhance the overall employee experience. You will play a crucial role in shaping data-driven human resources practices by creating and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, and performing advanced analyses. Collaboration with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver solutions that promote organizational effectiveness and foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide insights on key people topics such as talent acquisition, turnover, DEI, performance, and engagement. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends. - Assist in advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis. - Contribute to workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. - Translate complex analyses into clear and concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. - Stay abreast of HR and analytics trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Psychology, HR, Business) or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR, People Analytics, or related functions. - Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. - Experience with Workday is a plus. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders. - Preferred experience in statistical modeling, survey analysis, or predictive analytics. - Understanding of key HR metrics and concepts (e.g., attrition, engagement, recruitment, performance, etc.) is advantageous. - Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in HR analytics is desirable.
