Analyst - Global Customer Data - Updates and Maintenance

As a member of the Customer Data Operations Team in Sales & Finance, your role will involve providing administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer data creation/modification from a variety of sources worldwide, such as customers, VADs, partners, contract specialists, and sales reps. This will entail tasks like typing, filling, verifying records, data entry, organizing work-based emails, and other administrative duties. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct research and respond to both internal and external inquiries, collaborating closely with finance staff from local subsidiaries on tasks like order management, accounts receivables, collections, project accounting, OPOAT, sales reps, VADs, Partners, etc. There may also be opportunities for you to work on special projects as needed. Your assignments will be semi-routine, requiring you to identify deviations from standard practices. You will typically receive detailed instructions for new tasks and should possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, along with familiarity with spreadsheet applications.
