Job Description: As an Analyst, your role will involve conducting periodic reviews to fulfill the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements according to client policy. You will need to maintain a focus on achieving high productivity and quality standards while managing your own pipeline and incorporating feedback from approvers. Your responsibilities will include performing corporate renewal reviews of KYC due diligence, with a strong emphasis on adhering to quality standards. It is crucial for you to possess a deep understanding of various corporate structures, such as privately owned or public companies, trusts, and partnerships. Additionally, you will be required to proactively review and address referrals and queries, escalating issues to Subject Matter Coaches or the client when necessary. Efficiently managing your caseload and monitoring performance against objectives will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for sourcing data from different systems and ensuring accurate transfer to the primary system. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct periodic reviews in line with client policy for KYC requirements - Deliver against targets for productivity and quality - Manage own pipeline and incorporate feedback from approvers - Perform corporate renewal reviews of KYC due diligence - Understand and apply client policy and procedures to client delivery - Identify and address information documentation requirements for corporate structures in KYC context - Review and follow-up on referrals and queries - Determine escalation needs to Subject Matter Coaches/Experts or the client - Manage caseload throughout the end-to-end process in a timely manner - Monitor performance and make decisions to maintain business objectives - Source data from multiple sources/systems and accurately transfer to the primary system Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of corporate structures including privately owned or public companies, trusts, and partnerships - Ability to work to high standards of quality - Understanding of KYC requirements and procedures - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Proactive approach to issue resolution - Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
