Job Description

As a member of the Enterprise Operations team, your role involves providing round-the-clock support for the organization's Enterprise Applications and Offices. Your proactive routines will help prevent service disruptions and ensure smooth operations. Collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and the business is key to effectively managing service outages. Key Responsibilities: - Incident Management: Conduct proactive checks and troubleshooting to prevent and restore service outages promptly. - Problem Management: Develop solutions based on Case Study evaluations and create root cause flow charts for efficient fault isolation and service restoration. - Operational Readiness for New Services: Complete checklists for pre-production deployment of network services, update management for all related application components, and ensure staff proficiency in recovery procedures. - Change Management Planning and Configuration Implementation: Coordinate changes, conduct quality reviews, and provide support for changes implemented by other teams. - Service Requests, Network Maintenance, and Operational Support: Execute analysis or support requests, represent Network Operations in strategic initiatives, and coordinate proactive maintenance activities. - Process Improvement: Undertake assigned tasks to enhance operational support for technology, processes, tools, or services. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with 365 Office Suite and experience in Active Directory Administration. - Proficiency in troubleshooting IT/Application-related issues. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and monitor new events to initiate incidents. - Document runbooks, collaborate with other teams, and propose solutions for the knowledge base. - Understanding of process monitoring using monitoring solutions and prioritizing high severity incidents effectively. In your role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of Enterprise Operations by effectively managing service outages, implementing changes, and maintaining operational readiness for new services. Your expertise in incident and problem management, change planning, and network maintenance will contribute significantly to the success of the team.,
