Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations Supervisor at Document & Business Solutions (DBS) in JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for implementing DBS products and services in Hyderabad, providing analytical support, collaborating with Regional Mail & Print leads, developing domestic strategies, and ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies. You will report to the India DBS Location Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing print production and distribution operations for the company in India. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and drive the delivery of core DBS functions, overseeing print production from design to deployment. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing solution capabilities and influence the design of new opportunities. - Provide input on the business benefits of proposals to expand capabilities. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations. - Construct and maintain detailed current and end-state process maps and process flows as required. - Establish, agree upon, and maintain cross-functional support processes for all DBS-owned technology solutions. - Provide ongoing support for all DBS-delivered solutions. - Work closely with the local India DBS Manager and APAC DBS Business Manager for timely financial planning and analysis reporting. - Manage risk and controls, ensuring adherence to appropriate controls, business processes, and policies within India DBS. - Support data mining, analysis, and reporting for both DBS internal functions and line of business requirements. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance DBS processes and solutions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years in the financial industry's corporate service area with experience in Managed Print Services and Document Management solutions. - Proven project management skills focusing on document management or digital document creation and processing. - Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects through successful delivery. - Lean Six Sigma experience (green belt or above) along with a formal Project Management qualification. - Personally accountable for achieving key milestones on the product development & Delivery roadmap. - Self-Initiator, capable of driving product initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed organizational model. - Strong people management skills and experience in team management. - Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - Strong communication and relationship building skills, including partnering with internal clients, coordination with outsourced vendors, and effective communication within the team.
