Analyst - Data Visualization

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics, conducting data analysis to uncover trends and insights for business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, and delivering solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to automate repetitive workflows and data processes, as well as develop and manage ETL pipelines for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, along with proven experience in data analysis. You must have a strong proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Metabase and Redash, as well as the ability to write advanced Mongo queries and work proficiently in Excel. Analytical thinking, solid understanding of data mining techniques, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position. It is desirable to have experience working with Python for data processing and pipeline building using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
