Job Description

Skills Required: Ability to understand Customs Rules and Regulations and take suitable actions. Visualize business problems and come up with problem solving recommendations & scalable solutions. Apply analytical thinking and address unpredictive issue at right time with required levels of escalation. Ability to collaborate and work with Internal teams and External suppliers for follow up on daily basis that support hassle free production Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate and handle Internal & External personnel across the globe. Possess good presentation skill and ability to prepare KPI, MIS reports for management reviews. Basic computer skills like familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Understanding of basic analytics tools or methods such as Altryx, Python, Tableau etc. Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, SQL, BIG Query etc will be an added advantage. Demonstrating enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and skills. Networking skills to build professional relationships and learn from peers or mentors. Initiative to take proactive steps in learning and contributing to projects. Understanding corporate etiquette and how to behave professionally in a workplace. Familiarity with trends and common practices in the target industry. Ability to handle projects effectivity. B. E. , B. Tech. - Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Aeronautical / Electronics and Communications. Post graduation degree such as MBA, MS or ME/M. Tech is an added advantage. Experience: 0 - 2 Yrs ( Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, Bill Of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Inventory / Warehouse Management). Experience in Customs Operations, HS Classification or FTA Management will be an added advantage. HS classification for automotive parts across global markets, ensuring compliance with region-specific regulations, monitoring and updating classifications based on regulatory changes, and performing periodic reviews to optimize duty costs. It also includes leading efforts to engage suppliers and qualify products under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), analyzing eligibility for duty benefits, validating Regional Value Content (RVC), and preparing reports to assess cost-saving impacts.
