Job Description

As a Customer Support Analyst at unifyCX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace experience platform. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance application performance and user satisfaction. You should possess a strong educational background with a degree in BCA, BSc Computers, MSc Computers, or BCOM with computers. Additionally, having at least 1 year of experience in application support or a similar role is preferred. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical abilities will be put to the test as you diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. In this role, you will be tasked with providing first-level support for the web or app platform, diagnosing and resolving related issues, assisting customers with activation and configuration, and troubleshooting mobile app compatibility and cloud services. Documenting customer interactions and solutions in Salesforce software will be part of your routine, along with collaborating with product development and engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues and identify trends in support requests for product improvements. This position offers a clear path for career progression, starting from Junior Analyst to Analyst, Senior Analyst, and potentially Team Manager. Alternative paths include roles such as Quality Analyst, Trainer, WFM Analyst, and other specialized positions. The work environment consists of 9-hour shifts with monthly changes and 2 days off per week, with timings ranging from early morning to late evening.
