Job Description

As a Change Management Analyst in the Talent & Organization practice at Accenture, your role is crucial in supporting business transformational change programs by defining Change Management strategies, leveraging social and digital technologies, and assisting clients in developing their change capability. You will be responsible for conducting Change Management Impact Analysis, developing treatment plans, and implementing strategies that prepare organizations for new business processes. Additionally, you will support Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool and work with the HR Transformation team on implementing HR Systems like Success Factors and Workday. **Key Responsibilities:** - Discover stakeholders" challenges and expectations and define a Change Management strategy - Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Assist clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses - Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings - Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans - Implement strategies to prepare an organization for new business processes - Support Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool - Work with the HR Transformation team on implementing HR Systems - Collaborate with a dynamic, international team and engage with prestigious clients globally - Coach and mentor junior team members - Contribute to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and community events **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/Masters degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in change management-related programs - Techno-functional experience in successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation - Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies - Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models, and use advanced technologies and digital tools - Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment - Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations will be a bonus - Foreign language capabilities (eg.
