Job Description

Calendar Meeting Management

o Coordinating with attendees onmeetings and managing meeting calendars

o Following up and scheduling finalizedmeetings, liaising with stakeholders

o Organizing transportation and takingmeeting notes for online meetings

o Liaising with stakeholders

Travel Management

o Flight scheduling bookings, andhotel reservations

o Organizing airport transfers andrestaurant reservations

Expense Management

o Processing invoices, refunds, andreimbursements through ERP platforms

o Coordinating with stakeholders forapprovals

o Handling credit card settlements andmanaging online purchases

Other Admin Support

o Documenting processes based onpreferences and priorities

o Collating reports and entering datainto the ERP systems

o Other day-to-day Operational support

Key Competencies
  • Graduate/ post-graduation or equiv. qualification
  • 2-4 years of experience as executive assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client relationship management
  • Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance as the job requires working with senior leadership team at the clients end
  • Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
  • Experience ERP tool like Workday, NetSuit, MS Dynamics, etc.
  • Working knowledge of travel and expense management
