Analog IC Design Manager

About the Job You will be leading the IC Design in Bangalore, IN for the High Speed Amplifiers team, where you will work on high speed amplifiers ranging from 50MHz to a few GHz, specializing in both bipolar and CMOS amplifiers with precision elements. The team is venturing into diverse signal-chain based ASSPs such as High-speed Laser Current drivers, Log Amplifiers, VGAs, PD & APD Front ends with specifications driven in collaboration with End equipment and customers. You will have full product development responsibility from definition to releasing the product to the market. As a design lead/manager, you will drive flawless design execution, engage with key stakeholders on critical issues, and support product design from definition to release and beyond. The team focuses on challenging norms and executing innovative ideas into products with customer-driven timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead IC Design for high speed amplifiers specializing in bipolar and CMOS amplifiers - Collaborate with end equipment and customers to develop diverse signal-chain based ASSPs - Drive flawless design execution and support product design from definition to release - Engage with key stakeholders on critical issues and requirements - Challenge norms and execute innovative ideas into products with customer-driven timelines Qualifications: - Experience in managing design teams with full product development experience preferred - Strong knowledge of Electrical engineering fundamentals & basic analog building blocks - Experience in design of Analog & Power Management Circuits, High-speed, and bipolar Design concepts - Proficiency in leading full chip activities like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, design for test, and layout - Understanding of DV flows & tools, ability to ramp quickly on new systems and processes - Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork - Strong execution focus with initiative and drive for results within project timelines - Bachelors / Masters in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience About Texas Instruments Texas Instruments Incorporated (Nasdaq: TXN) is a global semiconductor company that designs, manufactures, and sells analog and embedded processing chips for various markets.
