Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading IC Design in Bangalore, IN for the High Speed Amplifiers team, working on high-speed amplifiers ranging from 50MHz to a few GHz. Your responsibilities will include specializing in both bipolar and CMOS amplifiers, developing diverse signal-chain based ASSPs, collaborating with end equipment and customers, and driving flawless design execution. As the technical leader, you will engage in critical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, challenge norms, and execute innovative ideas with aggressive timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Work on high-speed designs, push the limits on circuit design, and develop ASSPs targeted towards unique EEs and Customers - Manage and lead product development in Analog Bipolar and CMOS Technologies, influence decisions with wide business impact, and identify risks across domains - Mentor design engineers/interns, influence product features and differentiation, and present analysis to internal customers comprehensively - Develop business insights, drive discussions with business & technology leaders, and work with Fabs, assembly & test facilities - Lead full chip activities like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, and layout - Ramp on new systems and processes, demonstrate good mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, exhibit strong execution focus, and deliver projects on time Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing design teams and full product development - Strong Electrical engineering fundamentals, analog building blocks, and high-speed and bipolar design concepts - Ability to lead full chip activities, understand DV flows & tools, and quickly ramp on new systems - Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, teamwork, and digital design fundamentals - Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience Additional Company Details: Texas Instruments (TI) is a global semiconductor company that designs, manufactures, and sells analog and embedded processing chips for various markets.
