Analog Circuit Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and simulate analog circuits (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, etc.) using industry-standard tools.
• Guide students and Ph.D. scholars in their VLSI projects, providing technical mentorship.
• Develop VLSI-related course materials, hands-on labs, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and research teams to create industry-relevant projects.
• Provide technical training and workshops on VLSI design methodologies and tools.
• Work on ASIC/FPGA implementations and optimize circuit performance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in VLSI and semiconductor technologies.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, including MOSFETs, bipolar devices, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with SPICE simulations, Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, or similar tools.
• Experience in layout design and verification (DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction, etc.).
• Understanding of CMOS technology, fabrication processes, and signal integrity.
• Prior experience in mentoring students or working in academia is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in low-power and high-speed analog circuit design.
• Knowledge of Verilog-A/AMS for mixed-signal simulation.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in VLSI.
• Previous experience in technical content creation or teaching.
