Position: IT - Senior Analyst - SAP SD

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the business requirements related to the order-to-cash process
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and propose effective SAP SD solutions
• Integrate requirements with standard SAP SD technology in SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Test new developments, manage system configurations, and ensure proper documentation
• Analyze order-to-cash process issues and propose improvements in coordination with various departments
• Assume greater responsibilities as a senior analyst, including mentoring junior team members and handling complex issues
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD techno-functional roles
• In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes including sales order management, billing, and delivery
• Experience in SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Ability to work collaboratively with extended teams located in Europe and India
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders
• Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus
