Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process.
Knowledge about FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection.
Knowledge about Closure Quality Maturation process.
Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body.
Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar etc.
1. Activities done at various stage of Devlopment like Production Proto, Mass Production Proto
2. Corrective & Preventive Counter measure for defects & Management
