AM/DM - Service EV Preparation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for workshop infrastructure development to prepare dealers for servicing electric vehicles (EVs). This includes effective planning and phased upgrades to ensure network readiness. Additionally, you will oversee the study of electrical load requirements for charger installations and develop strategies for upgrading charging infrastructure across India to support customers. Your role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of EV projects, highlighting critical activities and reporting to management for review. Key Responsibilities: - Design workshop layout and create infrastructure for EV servicing - Develop a strategic plan for phased infrastructure upgrades to ensure network readiness - Study electrical load requirements for charger installations and develop upgrade strategies - Establish a charging network across India to support EV customers - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of EV projects - Highlight critical activities and provide regular reports to management for review Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of EV technology and infrastructure requirements is a plus,
