AM/DM - Project Management

As an AM/DM - Project Management at Sai Life Sciences, a leading Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), your role involves: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the efficient and timely management of awarded projects, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Initiating projects promptly upon award - Developing and updating comprehensive Gantt charts for project delivery schedules - Managing end-to-end project management activities, including maintaining schedules and budgets - Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, and Production through regular meetings - Creating and updating action trackers for project activities - Facilitating interactions with customers and coordinating discussions between technical teams - Presenting project status in Project Review Meetings with the Central Delivery Review Team (CDRT) - Identifying and escalating any roadblocks or anticipated obstacles to senior management - Ensuring thorough and timely documentation for project closure - Timely invoicing and updating finance and BD teams accordingly **Qualification Required:** - M.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams - PMP certification and/or MBA preferred but not mandatory - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Program Manager in a reputable CDMO - Ideally experienced in API CDMO, although experience in formulation CDMO or Clinical Research Organization will also be considered At Sai Life Sciences, we value key competencies such as excellent verbal and written communication, persuasiveness, interpersonal skills, adaptability, foresight, and a good understanding of business processes.
