Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Functional & Maintenance procedure and spares identification of Systems and equipments.
Centrifugal Fans:
ID/FD fans, PA fans bearing replacement, balancing, shaft alignment, impeller inspection.
Root Blowers:
Maintenance of lobes, timing gears, lubrication systems, sealing systems.
Drag Chain Conveyors:
Chain tensioning, sprocket inspection, bearing replacement, lubrication.
Bucket Elevators:
Belt inspection, bucket fixing, chain adjustment, drive system maintenance.
PTW Applying and prepare JSA according to job requirement of HOT, Height, Confined requirements, writing Log book.
Support to operation during unit start-up & shut Down, during different starts (cold, warm & hot), planned & emergency shut down
Day-to-day work planning, issue of PTW, to execute the Job in specific time line.
Coordinate effectively with Supervisor on Do's & Dont's of Maintenance of Equipments.
Coordinate with Other departments for work easements of area.
Ensure the housekeeping of the area.

Make CFSA Audit of Assigned Contractors.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma (Mechanical)/B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
Candidate must have experience in rotating equipments of Mechanical Maintenance department.
