Position: Ambulance Driver
Department: Emergency Medical Services
Location: Delhi NCR & Gurgaon
Salary: 20K to 27K
Experience: 1–5 Years (Ambulance /Hospital / Emergency transport preferred)
Qualification: 12th
2 Off per week
Valid LMV / Commercial Driving License

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the ambulance to and from hospitals, accident sites, and patient locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop of patients while following emergency driving protocols.
• Assist medical staff and paramedics in lifting or shifting patients when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the ambulance at all times.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle for fuel, equipment, oxygen cylinder, stretcher, and medical supplies.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure patient safety during travel.
• Maintain logbook and submit daily movement and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with hospital emergency teams, dispatchers, and security staff.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.

Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive in stressful emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and emergency routes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to support patient movement.
• Willingness to work in shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred

• Previous experience as an ambulance driver or emergency transport.
• Basic life support (BLS) knowledge (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
