Ambika has created legacy of being one of largest and most reliable brand and partner which provides food products of highest quality and freshnes.Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of productsDraft/review/modify quality assurance policies and proceduresPlan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (Quality inspection of RM, FG & packingmaterial, In-process quality check)Investigate customer complaints and in-process non-conformance to find out root cause & suggest corrective/preventive actionIdentify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standardsMaintain all Quality assurance recodrs related to ISO & FSSC auditsIn-process quality inspection at third party processing facilitiesCo-ordination with vendorsRequirements –BTech / MSc Food TechnologyExpereince – 0-1 year
