Job Overview

Amazon Listing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:
Manage and update product listings in Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis, ensuring all content is fresh and accurate.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Create and revise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve product visibility and performance.
Product Uploads:
Upload new products including variations, images, and content assets, ensuring seamless integration into Amazon's marketplace.
A+ Content Management:
Maintain and enhance A+ Content for selected listings to boost customer engagement and conversions.
Data Accuracy & Compliance:
Ensure that all product data meets Amazon's content guidelines and accuracy requirements.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and handle support cases directly with Amazon to ensure listings are live and functional.
Collaboration:
Work closely with content, graphic design, and product teams to deliver high-quality, optimized listings.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Several years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including listing creation and optimization.
Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail and a structured, reliable approach to work.
Product Data Knowledge:
Solid understanding of product data structures, variation setup, and flat file uploads for Amazon listings.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and common e-commerce tools, with the ability to manage large sets of data efficiently.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German languages is a plus.
Work Style:
Independent, fast-paced, and solution-oriented work style with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
