AM Warehouse Lending Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the EMEA and APAC Mortgage desk as an Analyst to support asset management activities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing financing facilities, decoding legal documents, managing client relationships, overseeing mortgage and consumer loan data, tracking collateral adequacy, participating in IT projects, ensuring data accuracy, developing reporting solutions, and maintaining project tracking systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financing facilities and assist in negotiating loan terms and associated documents - Decode legal documents and formulate statements into meaningful Excel Models - Manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of warehouse deals - Oversee mortgage and consumer loan data, including data setup, database management, ETL, and data validation - Track collateral adequacy for funding and margining, create Asset Summary Reports, and monitor Collateral Performance triggers - Partner with Information Technology to facilitate Data Warehouse, reporting, and other projects - Ensure accurate data flow for analytics, coordinate with Technology for GUI data interfaces and internal database enhancements - Develop reporting solutions through multiple tools, produce interactive graphs, pivot tables, etc. - Maintain project tracking systems and communicate results to different business groups Qualification Required: - 1-4 years of experience in mortgages, consumer portfolio/collateral analytics, or asset management - Strong academic background in finance, business, math, or accounting with a minimum 3.5 GPA or candidates pursuing CFA - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships - Strong analytical/logical mindset, attention to detail, and technical skills in SQL, RDBMS Databases, Data Reporting, and Data Visualizations - Tableau experience is a plus - Project management skills, including Stakeholder Management and program management experience - Mortgage banking or financial industry experience preferred - Ability to work under tight time constraints, prioritize workload, manage expectations, and be a team player,
