We are currently seeking applications for the position of Inventory Analyst, Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recommending and calculating optimal inventory levels at various nodes throughout the supply chain network, aligning with lean principles, market/product segmentation, and Service Level Agreements. You will also ensure safety stock levels are maintained at each node across all time horizons. Responsibilities: - Recommend inventory targets at each supply chain node based on MPS lean principles, market segmentation, and Service Level Agreements. - Establish safety stock levels at each node according to the agreed method within the inventory policy. - Measure performance to identify gaps versus financial targets. - Evaluate exceptions/scenarios in inventory based on Inventory Health. - Support the Supply Planner in maintaining healthy inventory levels at customer nodes based on system netted demand. - Support the MRP Planner in maintaining healthy R&P inventory levels at inbound nodes based on lead times. - Review inventory performance metrics, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to align on action plans. - Analyze root causes, collaborate with stakeholders, and derive resolutions. - Evaluate trade-offs between service level and inventory goals based on optimized inventory replenishment strategies. - Review and monitor inventory-related master data parameters in the system. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - Experience in Inventory management and replenishment parameters MEIO. - Excel skills. - Advanced knowledge of MEIO. - Proficient communication in English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. - Organizational awareness and strong planning skills. - Knowledge of the Kinaxis inventory model. - University degree (minimum Bachelor). Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Self-motivated and independent with strong problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers. - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities quickly. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
