Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement end-to-end Pan India marketing campaigns , including ATL, BTL, and digital media . Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and brand positioning initiatives across India. Drive customer acquisition and retention through performance-based marketing. Trade & Channel Partner Engagement: Strengthen LCO relationships through contests, promotions, and reward programs. Execute ground-level BTL activities Digital Marketing: Manage WhatsApp Broadcasts, Social Media Promotions , and Digital payment drives . Promote app-based services, oversee mobile app and website management , and track user engagement. Collaborate with agencies for content, performance, and digital campaign execution. Budget & ROI: Prepare, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets for all ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Ensure marketing spends are tied to KPIs like subscriber acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to align campaigns with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies for creative development, event logistics, and app development.
