Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards. The role involves analyzing workflows, designing layouts, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Study and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Design plant layouts, process flows, and material handling systems for smooth operations.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.
Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and line balancing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to enhance overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support new product development by designing efficient production processes.
Train and guide staff in best practices and process improvements.
