Key Responsibilities (increase in complexity with seniority): Plan and execute real estate development projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) from concept to handover Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for design, approvals, and execution Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and progress reviews Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE norms, and regulatory compliance (RERA, local municipal, environmental) Resolve technical and execution-related issues across project stages Liaise with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Track project risks and initiate corrective measures to avoid delays or cost overruns Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership and stakeholders Mentor junior engineers and site staff; manage cross-functional project teams (Manager level and above) Oversee project audits, milestone certifications, and client handovers (for GM/AVP levels)
