Monthly review of business performance against Annual Operating Plan and highlighting the Gap areas to the management
Cost Reduction Plan at the group level.
Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports to GCFO, EVP. AGM
Preparation of Estimated/ Forecasted Group consolidated financials of GAL and GPUIL
Preparation of quarterly Board/ ACM presentations
Analysing the reason for the variances
Implementation of ERP and Experience on BPC, Hyperion or OneStream
4-5 years of total experience with about 2 years in consolidation of financials
SAP
CA Qualified
