You are a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager - Client Servicing with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing projects. Your expertise lies in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and media planning. You possess a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign ideation, execution, and optimization, coupled with solid technical SEO knowledge. Your role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships by communicating campaign progress, deliverables, and results regularly, addressing client queries and concerns promptly, and providing professional solutions. You will lead the planning, ideation, strategy, and execution of paid campaigns, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI based on performance data, and create detailed reports with insights into campaign performance. Additionally, you will plan and manage digital media buys, develop media plans aligning with client goals, and conduct research to identify the best media channels and tactics for campaign success. Furthermore, you will lead the ideation and strategy process for digital marketing campaigns, collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met, and optimize campaigns for SEO. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making are crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of client servicing experience in digital marketing projects, a strong understanding of Paid Media Campaigns across various platforms, proficiency in Media Planning and Buying, and technical SEO knowledge. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and others is essential for campaign management and reporting. Excellent client relationship-building skills, strong communication abilities, proficiency in campaign ideation, planning, and execution, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail are key requirements. Your qualifications include skills in Client Services and Customer Service, strong communication skills, the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction, finance management related to client accounts, and experience in managing client relationships within a digital marketing context is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.,
