Education Bachelor’s degree (required). Science/biology background (preferred). 2. Experience Pharmaceutical sales experience: Minimum 5 years (required). Experience in a Managerial Role (preferred). 3. Skills Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Tamil Nadu, especially Coimbatore and surrounding regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market conditions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in using CRM software to track sales metrics and customer interactions. 4. Personal Attributes High ethical standards and integrity.
