Alternative Fund Services - Product Development - Fee Analytics Waterfall Calculation Associate

As an Associate within the Private Equity and Real Estate Services (PERES) team in the Corporate & Investment Bank, Securities Services group at J.P. Morgan, your role involves being responsible for PERES client reporting, use, and deployment of platforms to optimize processes in a controlled environment. You will collaborate with the global product team to develop a standard client offering and work on designing client reporting, data feed, client dash boarding solutions, waterfall using Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, and Cascade with a scalable approach. Additionally, you will liaise with third-party technology provider, FIS, to ensure optimal technology usage, support Transfer Agency key initiatives, and assist Sales and Client Services in client pitches. Your role will also involve driving change within an Operations and Technology environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the global product team to develop a standard client offering. - Design client reporting, data feed, client dash boarding solutions, waterfall using Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, and Cascade with a scalable approach. - Liaise with third party technology provider, FIS, to optimize technology usage. - Support Transfer Agency key initiatives and assist Sales and Client Services in client pitches. - Drive change within an Operations and Technology environment. - Develop client reporting solutions using Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, Unqork, and Cascade with a scalable approach. **Qualification Required:** - B Tech/MCA/BCOM degree or equivalent experience. - Deep techno-functional expertise of FIS Investran & DX. - Proficiency in Crystal, SSRS, Tableau, SQL, and VBA. - Exposure to Private Equity Reporting. - Ability to gather requirements from fund accountants and convert them into reporting solutions. - Strong financial and analytical skill set. - Proven track record in private equity fund administration.
