You are an experienced and detail-oriented Execution Head responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of merchant banking assignments, with a primary focus on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Offer for Sale (OFS), and related capital market transactions. Your role involves bringing deep domain expertise in equity capital markets, along with strong project management and regulatory compliance skills. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing the execution of merchant banking assignments, conducting financial due diligence, assisting in structuring issues and fundraising strategy, preparing and filing Offer Documents with regulatory authorities, drafting responses to queries, ensuring regulatory compliance in public disclosures, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, and staying updated on regulatory guidelines and best practices in capital markets. The ideal candidate for this role is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of relevant experience in merchant banking, equity capital markets, or investment banking. You should have a proven track record in managing and executing capital market deals independently, a strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, BSE guidelines, excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under strict timelines.
