Business Analyst \ IT Business analyst

Role & responsibilities

Graduate / postgraduate in any discipline.
6+ years of overall experience in Consulting, Business change Projects, Business Analysis& Process Improvement in the insurance/BFSI domain.
Experiences in Requirement gathering and Requirements Analysis.
Experience should include setting up & managing end-to-end business transition projects / business change projects / process reengineering projects / consulting projects.
To work closely with business in order to gather and analyses requirements; while ensuring that all processes, procedures, requirements and solutions are accurately documented to enable superior levels of reporting and knowledge capture.
