Role Overview

Full Stack Developer with strong DevOps exposure

fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  full-stack web applications

  using modern frameworks
• Manage

  DevOps operations

  including deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment setup
• Build and maintain backend APIs using

  PHP (Laravel) and/or Node.js

• Develop responsive UI using

  React.js or Angular.js

• Design, optimize, and maintain

  MySQL databases

  (schema design, complex queries, performance tuning)
• Translate business requirements into

  practical technical solutions

• Ensure

  performance, security, and reliability

  of applications in production
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack
  
• Participate in

  code reviews

  and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a

  Full Stack Developer

• Strong exposure to

  DevOps

  (servers, deployments, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Hands-on experience with:
  

• PHP (Laravel)

• Node.js

• React.js or Angular.js

• Strong expertise in

  MySQL / SQL databases

• Good understanding of

  REST APIs, authentication, and role-based access control

• Experience with

  Git

  and standard version control workflows

Good to Have

• Startup or high-ownership work environment experience
  
• Experience building

  internal tools, CRMs, dashboards, or workflow systems

• Exposure to

  scaling applications

  with large user bases
