All Rounder Chef : Resort

Job Summary:

The All Rounder Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of cuisines including Indian, Chinese, and Continental. The role demands flexibility, creativity, and a solid understanding of kitchen operations in a resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality multi-cuisine dishes (veg & non-veg).
• Manage kitchen cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain stock of raw materials and assist with inventory control.
• Coordinate with F&B team for timely meal service.
• Train and supervise junior chefs and commis staff.
• Develop new recipes or customize menus for special events.

Profile Requirements:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-cuisine cooking.
• Good knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
