Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and versatile All-Rounder Chefs (Commi 1) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidates will be skilled in preparing multiple cuisines, ensuring high food quality, and maintaining professional kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu, recipes, and quality standards
• Assist in menu planning, daily specials, and innovative dish creation
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
• Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize food wastage
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Requirements :

• Proven experience as Commi 1 / All-Rounder Chef
• Hands-on knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and other cuisines
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills
• Commitment to quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
