Job Title: All-Rounder Chef (Indian, Chinese & Tandoor) About Us Apple Tree Hotel & Resort is a fast-growing hospitality brand in Odisha, known for warm service and excellent food. We are looking for a skilled and passionate All-Rounder Chef who can handle Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines confidently. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes from Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor sections. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Ensure proper portion control, taste consistency, and presentation. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and minimize wastage. Work with kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours. Train and guide kitchen helpers as needed. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cooking methods. Ability to work independently and multitask across sections. Good attitude, team spirit, and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
