AKAM - Ecommerce

As an AKAM - Ecommerce, your primary role will involve managing e-commerce chains and ensuring the success of various business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for the e-commerce chains and making decisions on promos, visibility, gaining market share, building business relationships, and aligning the chain to the company's vision. - Tracking sales of promo articles and offer articles. - Monitoring the fill rate of assigned E-commerce Accounts. - Strategizing and implementing Big day offers. - Developing a content calendar and overseeing website uploads and landing pages development. - Proactively understanding the market and keeping track of competition activity (4 Ps - Product, Price, Promotion, Placement). - Systematically analyzing various data and reports available in the system to derive insights and drive the plan of action. The critical success factors for this role include: - A graduate/post-graduate with 4-6 years of prior work experience, with FMCG experience being an added advantage. - Proven experience in E-Commerce sales business. - Deep knowledge of sales and distribution systems. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams. - Technical know-how of an E-commerce site and understanding of building/improving E-commerce sites. - Good understanding of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile). - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
