The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to passengers and airlines at the airport. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
Coordinate with airlines and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain a safe and organized airport environment by following all safety and security protocols
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircrafts
Conduct security screenings and checks as per airport regulations
Keep accurate records of passenger and airline interactions
Assist with any other tasks or duties as assigned by the airport manager or supervisor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
