Job Description

Job Purpose:   To ensure smooth and efficient handling of passengers at various stages of their airport journey, including check-in, boarding, arrivals, and customer service, while complying with safety, security, and operational protocols.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Passenger Assistance:   ·        Assist passengers with check-in and arrivals. ·        Provide special assistance to elderly, differently-abled, and unaccompanied minors. ·        Guide passengers to appropriate counters, gates, or services.   2. Customer Service:   ·        Respond to passenger queries in a polite and professional manner. ·        Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor. ·        Ensure high-quality service delivery to enhance passenger satisfaction.   3. Operational Support:   ·        Maintain clear and timely communication via radio or phone with team leads. ·        Assist in managing queues and ensuring orderly passenger flow.   4. Emergency Response:   ·        Support in emergency situations (medical, operational, or safety-related). ·        Follow protocols and assist in evacuation or passenger management as needed.
