Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airbnb Host at Yogleela Group (Yogleela Planning and Development Pvt. Ltd.) located in Lucknow. The Airbnb Host will be responsible for communication with guests, providing excellent customer service, offering training to staff, managing food & beverage services, and driving sales through promotions and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training staff and managing Food & Beverage services
• Proficiency in Sales techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
