Job Title: Air Ticketing Executive

Location: Mahima Iris -2 GROUND FLOOR, Swej Farm Rd, behind TRINITY MALL, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019

Experience: Fresher or 2–3 Years Preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings via GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) or airline portals.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, best routing options, and timely issuance of tickets.
• Monitor and manage PNRs, fare rules, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
• Stay updated on airline policies, visa norms, and travel advisories.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
• Maintain records of bookings and assist with daily MIS/reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth travel service.
• Handle emergency ticketing support for urgent bookings or changes.

Qualifications

• Graduated.
• A fresher with a strong interest in travel ticketing can apply.
• Good knowledge of airlines, fare structures, and travel systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Gmail, GDS knowledge preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in air ticketing will be preferred.
