Job Description

As a member of the Air Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be instrumental in delivering customer excellence through your expertise and skills. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, direct, and optimize your local Customer Care Team (CCL) to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. By leveraging your strong knowledge in forwarding and market trends, you will drive service improvements to enhance customer experience and ensure satisfaction with the company's products, services, and features. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by maintaining high service quality levels and collaborating closely with operational and commercial stakeholders. - Lead all sales activities to drive business growth. - Ensure seamless customer onboarding processes. - Continuously improve processes and controls to maintain accurate customer data and service information in company systems. - Manage communication and information exchange with internal and external stakeholders for effective shipment management. - Prioritize and manage customer complaints to uphold service standards. - Collaborate with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to optimize customer experience. - Meet all financial targets and strategic objectives of your Customer Care Team. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Air freight export operations with knowledge in the healthcare sector. - Proficient in dealing with carriers and stakeholders. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance, policies, and quality control. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer care with an operational background.
