Your responsibilities will include servicing, installing, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems, diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, maintaining system performance and safety, communicating effectively with customers, maintaining service logs, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines, providing routine maintenance, and minimizing breakdowns. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AC servicing, ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or similar field, strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repair techniques, ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints, good customer service and troubleshooting skills, willingness to travel across Hyderabad, and preferably possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.
