Job Summary

We are looking for an

AI/ML Ops Developer

with strong expertise in

MLOps/LLMOps

and hands-on experience with

Multi-Agent and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

frameworks. The role involves building, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML pipelines while working on cloud-based AI services and enterprise-grade ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
  • Work on LLMOps/MLOps frameworks to operationalize large language models and AI agents.
  • Develop and optimize Multi-Agent workflows and RAG-based systems.
  • Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Dataiku).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to productionize AI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues, monitor model drift, and maintain model performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

  • Strong experience in MLOps / LLMOps.
  • Expertise in Multi-Agent systems and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in ML model deployment, monitoring, and automation.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

  • AWS Bedrock Agents.
  • Dataiku for ML workflow automation.
