Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Executive to lead and oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic insight, driving high-performance AI solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects — from concept development to model deployment.
Optimize model performance using C++/CUDA for GPU acceleration and efficient tensor operations.
Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using Python frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
(Optional) Build secure, high-performance inference backends using Rust.
Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions.
Define AI strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation.
