Role Overview: As a Developer at this company, you will take the lead in providing more complex application development services, typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, code, test, and implement more complex application enhancements with minimal defects - Participate in the full system development life cycle per current SDLC standards - Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and provide innovative solutions to complex business needs - Provide technical support, including release implementations, on-call, and 24/7 support when necessary - Work in compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures - Actively participate on project teams in various roles such as Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager based on experience level - Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management, including conducting technical walkthroughs and reporting project status Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in PEGA - Good knowledge of integration concepts and case management - Experience in V8.x Additional Details about the Company: Virtusa values teamwork, quality of life, and professional and personal development.
