AIML Engineer

As an AIML Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI applications in collaboration with pharmaceutical and life sciences institutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing advanced AI models to address complex business needs and optimize various aspects of the business. Additionally, you will play a key role in building scalable AI solutions and mentoring team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with internal teams and external institutions to identify and address business needs with Generative AI applications. - Design and conduct experiments, research new algorithms, and innovate to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience. - Develop, implement, and refine advanced Generative AI models to solve complex, novel problems. - Work with a multidisciplinary team to build and deploy scalable AI solutions. - Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase the potential of Generative AI technologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning, applying them to practical scenarios. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. - Present and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing roles. - Apply consulting principles to deliver tailored AI solutions that meet specific client needs. **Qualification Required:** - Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI models and algorithms. - Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, GraphRAG, AutoGen, and various vector/graph databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Neo4j). - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and deploying machine learning models at scale, including Azure OpenAI Services. - Deep understanding of standard machine learning techniques and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in customer-facing roles with strong consulting skills to understand and solve client needs. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Desire to work in a collaborative environment. - Previous experience in contract research organizations (CRO) or similar life-science organizations is a plus. This role requires an advanced degree (Ph.D. or Masters) in Computer Science or a related field.
