Job Description

Job Summary

Were looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build and deploy machine learning models at scale. The role involves working with large datasets, developing end-to-end ML pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate models into production.

Key Responsibilities

Build, train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering and model deployment. Work with unstructured data such as text, images and logs. Implement LLM based features, prompt engineering and fine tuning. Run experiments, track metrics and improve model performance. Deploy models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP. Collaborate with backend, data and product teams to deliver AI features. Maintain documentation, standards and best practices for ML development.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Practical knowledge of NLP, LLMs, vector databases and embeddings. Experience with data engineering tasks using Spark, Pandas or SQL. Hands-on with MLOps workflows such as CI/CD for ML, model versioning and Docker. Understanding of cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML). Ability to work with APIs, microservices and production ML systems. Strong math background in statistics and linear algebra.

Good to Have

Experience with RAG pipelines and LLM fine tuning. Knowledge of reinforcement learning. Experience with GPU optimization.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
