AIML Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based applications
  
• Build agentic AI workflows,
  RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation systems
• Train, evaluate, and optimize models for NLP, classification & generative tasks
  
• Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  
• Design vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search architectures
  
• Build scalable data pipelines for model training and inference
  
• Develop APIs, microservices, and production-ready AI systems
  
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker & Kubernetes
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering & data teams on AI use cases
  
• Research, prototype, and integrate new AI/ML techniques & tools

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with

  LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, or custom model training

• Knowledge of

  AI safety, alignment, and evaluation methods

• Hands-on with

  AI agent architectures

  (ReAct, CoT, tool use, multi-agent systems)
• Contributions to

  open-source AI/ML projects

  or research work
• Experience with

  frontend frameworks

  like React or Next.js
• Familiarity with

  MLOps tools

  such as W&B, MLflow, or Kubeflow
• Strong ability to

  prototype emerging AI techniques

  quickly
• Demonstrated ability to

  design end-to-end AI/ML systems

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• 5+ years as Software engineer and 3+ years into AIML
